Translate an article
To translate content, you must:
- Edit the content
- Translate your content. (you can copy the main content of the Master in the Body zone of the translation via the "Override translation body" button
- Complete the different images (see below for more information)
- First time: "Publish" and other times to update the content online: "Update" or "Update and close"
To see the Master version, there is a section above the edit form containing all information on the Master content.
Information on the different edit fields
- Title: Content title
- Subtitle: Subtitle used for the content of Doctor's Tips
- Category: Category of the article
- order in Category: You can leave it on O
- Publication Date: Online publication date. Even if the content is published, it will only be displayed online if the publication date has passed
- Body: Body of the text. (accepts the HTML via the source)
- Image: Main image of the content (see image chapter by using the name of the image indicated in the Master zone
- Video: Only accepts an iframe type embed.
- SEO
- Og Title: Title for the SEO and Facebook
- Og Description: Description for the SEO and Facebook
- Og Image: Image for the SEO and Facebook
- Og Type: you must indicate "Article"
- Og Author: you can indicate the @Glamour account...
- Hashtag: hashtag used for Twitter sharing
- Sharing Text: Shared text
- Keywords: Keywords for the SEO
How to add an already saved image
With the image addition tool, you can search for or add an image.
The “list button opens the platform’s image file explorer. To find the right image to use, you must find the image used in the "master" content via the file name.
Example of "Master" content:
In this example, search for "beautyfood-03.jpg" via the "name" filter of the file explorer
The list of images according to the filter comes up:
Choose the highest definition, most recent image (last image on the list). The choice is made by clicking on the miniature in the list.
Once selected, the name of the image appears in the image field:
The name of the file in blue is a link to open and modify the information of the image. For example you can associate the credits if necessary.
You must not change the source of the image via the File/Reference button
How to add a new image
Use the "Add new" button and select your image to be imported. A very high resolution is needed to support all sizes and associated retina versions.
